SELF LOVE MONTHLY JOURNALING (SEPTEMBER)

Wow have I been MIA… the past few months have been a crazy ride, and I have been totally inactive. Like.. gone. And for that I am sorry! But I am back and better than ever! I cant wait to catch up and share with you guys more of my life, and my journey¬†of self love. Which is why I’m writing this.

I am here to share with all of you lovely people just how wonderful loving yourself truly is. I am nowhere near perfect, but if we all accept that we are all perfectly imperfect, this world would be filled with so much more love, and it starts with this… Loving yourself. SO HERE WE GO!

I have started a journaling, more intensely now than ever, and I want to give these ideas to you as well. I’m starting sort of a “challenge” for myself, and I hope that some of you join me! If you don’t already follow me on instagram, my username is @justashten, and I’ll be posting my journaling prompt of the day on my story and sharing with you my thoughts on these prompts as well! I cant wait for you all to join me on this, because everyone deserves to love themselves. EVERYONE!

Day 2: Get rid of a limiting belief that you have about yourself or your abilities.

Day 3: What good habit do you want to begin this month?

When journaling, make some quiet time and a quiet space for yourself. Getting a cute notebook or a cute pen is totally optional (I definitely do this), but don’t feel pushed to be perfect, or make the page beautiful, because honestly with journaling, it’s not going to be perfect. When you’re putting all your thoughts on paper, it’s going to be messy! That’s totally okay! Please put your journal in a safe place, where you are assured no one will see it, because if you keep it out in the open, you will hold back your writing, and it won’t be authentic. You do NOT have to share your writing with anyone, it is totally personal! But if you want to share, I would love to hear how your writing/self love journey is going!

If you have any questions, or would like to share your beautiful journals with me, please do! Contact me on here or shoot me an email! I love hearing from you guys!

As always, xoxo,

Ash
